RBC: Transaction Migration

The brief:
Encourage and empower RBC customers who currently use teller services to explore self-service options like ATM and Online Banking.

The idea:
RBC Clients faced several hurdles when using self-serve channels.┬áThe first was an educational barrier – they didn’t know how to use the self-serve channels. We addressed this by creating educational brochures on how to bank at an ATM or Online, and by offering in-branch demonstrations.
